Cynthia Grosso

Cynthia R. Grosso is a national etiquette expert, industry thought leader, an award winning speaker, columnist and author who focuses on professionalism, leadership, and the skill of polish. She is the founder of the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette.

Ms. Grosso has appeared as an etiquette expert on the Dr. Phil Show, Oprah, CNN, reality shows on TLC and many other news and talk shows. She is written about in Woman’s Day Magazine, Marie Claire Magazine, The New York Times, Esquire Magazine, BusinessWeek Magazine, Golf Digest, Working Woman Magazine, Women’s World Magazine as well as many others. She has been published well over 100 times and is the author of several books on civility. She is the host of Your Manners Matter radio show.

Ms. Grosso is the author of the Professional Savvy Series, and online learning program for Professional Table Manners that is the only one of its kind in the world. This program won the bronze medal in the world for excellence in E-learning.

Ms. Grosso is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS degree in Business Administration. She is an award winning adjunct professor of business etiquette and protocol at several local colleges. She is a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI)

Ms. Grosso is active in professional and civic organizations and has received several awards to include the prestigious “Business Person of the Year” award given by the Chamber of Commerce in her area. She has also received the Outstanding American Award for outstanding community service given by the United States Jaycees.

Ms. Grosso focuses on the critical ten percent….”the polish”, needed for business people to compete and grow in the corporate environment. She speaks to people on an individual, group or corporate level.

Jamie Jordan

Jamie Jordan is a global award winning, industry leader and strategist with over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, and leader in technology, healthcare, renewable energy, manufacturing and service environments.  His experience in positions of CEO, President, sales, operations, and engineering management has led to the development of The Excellence Advantage, which is used to assist organizations in their pursuit of excellence while producing a solid infrastructure which enables sustainable growth.

Jamie is a graduate of Regent University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and was awarded the Charlie Bergman award from the CSIA (Control Systems Integration Association) in memory of the founder of the association.  This recognition spotlighted Jamie’s role in the authoring and establishment of Best Practices and Industry Standards, which are seen today as the international auditing benchmark for the control systems integration industry.  During Jamie’s tenure as CEO and President of Applied Industrial Automation, Inc. the firm was recognized in the Emerging 10, which recognizes the 10 fastest growing businesses in the Charleston region.

Jamie was the former President of Stravicom Global, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in strategy development. After working together on numerous projects, Jamie joined his wife, Cindy Grosso in the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette; using their skill sets together to enhance and grow organizations. Jamie has a passion to see organizations grow and reflect excellence.
